Our website has forms for consultations, general contact, sponsorship inquiries, job applications, and community partner event registration. These forms collect only the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the details you choose to include.

We ask that you share only what we need to respond, and not include medical or other sensitive personal information.

Guest registration for our events is handled on Eventbrite. Information you give Eventbrite is governed by Eventbrite’s own privacy policy.

Inquiry and application submissions are stored in the website’s secure backend. Only authorized Silver Pearls site administrators can access submitted information; other website visitors cannot see it.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiries, coordinate services, review applications, and organize our events.

Information currently remains stored until it is manually deleted. We do not have an automatic deletion schedule. To ask us to update or delete your information, contact us using the details below.

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or visitor tracking cookies.

Our website is hosted on a platform that also stores form submissions for us. We use an email delivery service to notify Silver Pearls when certain submissions are received.

We do not sell your information.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when you visit. Guest event registration is handled by Eventbrite. Our site also links to Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram; those services have their own privacy practices once you visit them.
